Scott Doggett has been a shooter or photo editor for much of the last three decades, starting as a photojournalist in El Salvador during the early 1980s, then as Photo Editor of the Los Angeles Times-Washington Post News Service during the early-mid 1990s, and entering the new millennium as a five-year contract photographer for Lonely Planet Images. Other positions he's held include: Staff Writer, United Press International, Staff Writer, Los Angeles Times; and Content Producer, LATimes.com.

Paul Cheng, partner

Paul Cheng is one of three brothers who founded in PC Colour Lab of Los Angeles. Since its creation in 1986, the lab has grown in reputation and size to become one of the top choices for creative professional photographers in Southern California. Paul’s career in commercial photography began as a studio photographer in 1981, the same year he received a photography degree with honors from East Los Angeles College. 

Stephen Osman, partner

Stephen S. Osman has been a Los Angeles Times staff photographer since 1988. A member of the Times editorial teams that won the 1993 and 1995 Pulitzer Prizes for spot news reporting, Steve has covered a wide range of stories throughout California and around the world. His subjects have included U.S. presidents and leading financial, sports and entertainment figures.
